We are a 'By Appointment Only' crew! But don't worry, we are flexible and would love to meet with you if we can make it work with our weekly production schedule! Shoot us an email or give us a call and we will schedule an appointment to talk shop.

We'd be honored! Just send us an email to make sure we have the availability. Even if we aren't your day-of florist, we can certainly design a bouquet for your portraits.

You bet we do! No distance is too far. We've gone everywhere from Fredericksburg all the way to Paris - plus everywhere in-between! Each travel fee is dependent on the location.

The floral is all yours, but the vessels and dried pieces are rented inventory from R+G. Please make a note in your inquiry if you would like us to include the cost to purchase.

Our setup/onsite installation services all have a different minimum pending the season and date, but we offer a pick-up option at our South Austin studio! Please note our minimum is subject to change based on our confirmed wedding/event calendar, micro-weddings and peak seasons so the best bet is for you to simply shoot us an email and ask us if we are available and what our minimum for that particular date is.

Once you've received your custom R+G proposal, you'll be placed on a 1 to 2-week soft hold. Your date is officially booked on our calendar when you've signed our contract and submitted a 50% deposit of the proposal's total.

We love working with our friends in the industry, but all major decisions and changes should be given directly by you or your planner!

The photos we include in our proposals are inspiration for what our talented designers will create. We hope you're reaching out to our team of professionals because you trust us to create something beautiful based on what we show you or what you have shown us. While we will take all requests and notes into consideration, please give us the flexibility to be creative and substitute with fresh and faux florals when necessary with our wholesaler.

We require being the only florist onsite to avoid confusion and creative differences.

Unfortunately, we only design in R+G owned inventory. Our team does not want to be responsible for anything broken or missing should a mishap occur. Exceptions are made at the discretion of R+G.

Each proposal will have a design service, delivery, setup, onsite styling/installation, retrieval fee unless you have coordinated a pick-up at the R+G studio. These fees are determined by each person's specific requests.
